Yacht Mathematics 101

Owners purchase the fractional interest that best meets their yachting needs and desires. Fractions are available in quarter-share increments. Each quarter-share provides up to 12 weeks access annually for a planned period of five years. Many owners choose to purchase half-share interests for the added flexibility and peace of mind this brings.

Owners reserve important holidays in advance, but enjoy the ability to schedule last minute jaunts. With as little as two days notice, their yacht is available, with personal linens, gear, and provisions (should they choose) stowed onboard. Owners control when and where to cruise, in order to meet their individual plans and desires.

Yacht owners establish an annual budget to cover items such as moorage, insurance, maintenance, management, provisioning, delivery & concierge services. Adjustments are made annually based on actual cost variances from budget.
